ATHAR PRIVACY POLICY

Athar collects only the information needed to provide account, fitness,
nutrition, workout, progress, and optional notification features.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account identifiers, name, and email supplied by Apple or Google sign-in.
- Profile, goals, meals, workouts, body metrics, and progress data you choose
  to save.
- Optional step data after you explicitly enable the Steps feature.
- A specific meal or nutrition-label image only when you choose it for analysis.
- App version, diagnostics, and a notification token only after notifications
  are authorized.

CAMERA, PHOTOS, AND AI ANALYSIS
Camera access is requested only when you open a scanner. Barcode detection
occurs on the device. iOS photo selection uses the system picker so Athar
receives only the image you select, not full-library access.

Before a meal or label image is shared with a third-party AI provider, Athar
displays a separate consent prompt. The image is sent through secure Supabase
server functions only to return a nutrition estimate. Images are not used for
advertising or tracking and are not stored as image files in our production
database. A local unsaved preview may remain on your device for up to 24 hours.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SHARING
Athar uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions;
Apple and Google for sign-in; Firebase for authorized notifications; Apple
Health for optional steps; and an AI provider for consented meal or label
analysis. We do not sell personal information. Providers receiving data are
required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

RETENTION, DELETION, AND WITHDRAWAL
You may delete your account and associated data in Athar under Settings >
Delete Account. You may withdraw AI image-analysis consent under Settings >
AI Image Analysis. Manual entry and on-device barcode scanning remain
available. Health and camera permissions can also be revoked in iOS Settings.

HEALTH DATA
Health and fitness information is used only to provide features directly to
you. It is not used for advertising or data mining. Athar provides educational
estimates and is not a medical device.

يجمع أثر المعلومات اللازمة فقط لتقديم ميزات الحساب واللياقة والتغذية والتمارين
والتقدم والتنبيهات الاختيارية.

المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معرّف الحساب والاسم والبريد الذي يقدمه تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google.
- الملف الشخصي والأهداف والوجبات والتمارين وقياسات الجسم وبيانات التقدم التي
  تختار حفظها.
- بيانات الخطوات الاختيارية بعد تفعيلك ميزة الخطوات صراحة.
- صورة وجبة أو ملصق تغذية محددة فقط عندما تختار تحليلها.
- إصدار التطبيق وبيانات التشخيص ورمز التنبيهات بعد السماح بالتنبيهات.

الكاميرا والصور وتحليل الذكاء الاصطناعي
يُطلب إذن الكاميرا فقط عند فتح أداة مسح. تتم قراءة الباركود على الجهاز. يستخدم
اختيار الصور منتقي iOS، لذلك يستلم أثر الصورة التي تختارها فقط ولا يصل إلى كامل
المكتبة.

قبل مشاركة صورة وجبة أو ملصق مع مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي، يعرض أثر طلب موافقة
منفصلاً. تُرسل الصورة عبر دوال Supabase آمنة فقط لإرجاع تقدير غذائي. لا تُستخدم
الصور للإعلانات أو التتبع ولا تُحفظ كملفات صور في قاعدة بيانات الإنتاج. قد تبقى
معاينة محلية غير محفوظة على جهازك لمدة تصل إلى 24 ساعة.

مزوّدو الخدمة والمشاركة
يستخدم أثر Supabase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين ودوال الخادم، وApple
وGoogle للدخول، وFirebase للتنبيهات المسموح بها، وApple Health للخطوات
الاختيارية، ومزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي لتحليل الصور بعد الموافقة. لا نبيع المعلومات
الشخصية، ويُطلب من المزوّدين حماية البيانات وفق هذه السياسة والقانون.

الاحتفاظ والحذف وسحب الموافقة
يمكنك حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة من الإعدادات > حذف الحساب. ويمكنك سحب موافقة
تحليل الصور من الإعدادات > تحليل الصور بالذكاء الاصطناعي. يبقى الإدخال اليدوي
وقراءة الباركود على الجهاز متاحين. ويمكن سحب أذونات الصحة والكاميرا من إعدادات
iOS.

البيانات الصحية
تُستخدم بيانات الصحة واللياقة لتقديم الميزات لك مباشرة فقط، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات
أو التنقيب عن البيانات. يقدم أثر تقديرات تعليمية وليس جهازًا طبيًا.
